The quality management policy at Drillstar Industries is based on a global company management approach in order to improve the results while taking customer's expectations into account. 
To reach this goal, several basic conditions have been applied :

Certificates

Through its commitment to satisfying the quality requirements and expectations of its customers, Drillstar Industries has implemented a Quality Programme that meets different international standards.

ISO 9001:2000 CERTIFICATION

DRILLSTAR INDUSTRIES was certified ISO 9001 in December 1999. Conformity to this universal system of reference has enabled the company to meet the requirements of all its customers, in all their various sectors of activity. If required, DRILLSTAR INDUSTRIES can set up specific quality projects to supplement this standard.

API Spec Q1 7th Edition

In order to satisfy customers in the Oil Industry, DRILLSTAR INDUSTRIES has conformed to API Spec Q1 requirements for more than 20 years, and has obtained the product licences 5CT and 7. DRILLSTAR INDUSTRIES is open to all customer enquiries for meeting the requirements of other oil industry products.

VAM

In addition, DRILLSTAR INDUSTRIES holds the "Vallourec-Mannesmann Tubes" licence and is therefore able to perform all VAM premium thread connections.

XP PR/EN 9100 : 2002

Finally, DRILLSTAR INDUSTRIES was audited and accredited in conformity with the QUALIFAS (Quality of supplies to the French Aeronautics and Space Industries) prEN9100 aeronautics standard. With this assessment, DRILLSTAR INDUSTRIES can propose its services to the 57 European members of the aerospace sectors of AECMA EASE (European Aerospace Supplier Evaluation).
