We manufacture and store standard
equipment as displayed on this website, but also special equipment
shaped to our customers’ individual specifications. Our workshop
supplies round-the-clock services for maintenance and repair.
This flexibility and reactivity enables us to deliver custom built
solutions, even on a very tight schedule.
Our plant is composed of 4,000 m² of covered workshops surrounded by 10,000 m² of storage space.
The production facilities are specially adapted to manufacturing
precision downhole equipment and include 3 major sections :
- A lathe section, with hollow spindle lathes for threading long-length drill collars, drill pipe and casing.
- A milling section, with modern CNC machines.
- A welding, rectification and heat-treatment section, allowing the manufacture of all types of spiralled stabilisers up to 26 in. diameter.

With a wide range of high grade steel and special alloys available on
site, Drillstar Industries can ensure rapid response to urgent customer requests.

Product quality and conformity to
given standards (API, VAM, customer-specific…) are ensured by
control inspectors equipped with the appropriate gauges and advanced
measurement systems. In addition to our API licenses (5CT &
7.1),we are licensed for VAM premium connections :
