Last month (in June), as part of a wider challenge organized in South-West France, we challenged our employees to try different means of transportation to come to work for a week.
   
The goal is to be more efficient with less people travelling by car on their own. This was the second time we took part in this event and we’re pleased to report that 22% of our workforce participated with a total distance of 1224 km.
  
The 2 main alternatives used were carpooling (887 km) and cycling (245 km). To motivate the troops and share our experiences, we organized 2 coffee breaks with croissants at the beginning and the end of the week. Midweek we welcomed Jean-Marc from Cyclo-Eko, a local e-bikes shop, during our lunch break, for test rides.
