On July 27th 2022, the Commercial Court of Pau decided to transfer the business of the company DARCO in liquidation, to the company DRILLSTAR Industries, well-known in the world of Oil and Gas.
  

The range of DARCO products thus enters the bosom of the industrial group ARTZAINAK SA, based in the Pyrénées Atlantiques, which owns DRILLSTAR Industries as well as 6 other industrial companies in engineering and mechanical manufacturing employing 250 people for 40 M€ turnover.
  

The activities of DARCO, integrated into the structure of Drillstar, will resume on Monday August 22, 2022. More information will be communicated later on this date.
